The eyelid surgery fixes the drooping and puffy upper eyelids, the bag like puffs in the lower eyelids, the weak muscles and stretched skin. This procedure may take for about an hour to three hours the most. You may feel mild to moderate pain during your two-week recovery after undergoing the procedure.

The procedure goes like this; if you will have your upper eyelids worked at, fat, excess skin and muscle will be removed in order to create a vibrant young looking eyes. This also applies to the lower eyelids. If it is only fat that needs to be removed a certain procedure called transconjunctival blepharoplasty can be done.
